Decisive Thinking,
Clear Design.
Dutch designer, based in Berlin. I've spent 15 years in complex domains: fintech, automation, enterprise B2B. Often as the first or only designer. I like the hard problems, the ones where you need to understand systems, regulations, and real human needs all at once.
I studied at Goldsmiths in London, which shaped how I think. Always looking for the underlying structure. But I'm not precious about it. I ship. Products I've designed are still running years later, handling billions in transactions.
Currently obsessed with AI as a design tool. Using it to compress timelines without losing craft. I've been giving talks about what I'm learning, and I'm looking for teams who want to build something ambitious together.
